MAINTENANCE & REFURBISHMENT

Informal Learning works closely with landlords and local authorities so that we are able to create a satisfactory and safe home environment for our service-users, an initiative that has led to us to becoming members of the Wakefield Responsible Landlord Scheme. Our Maintenance team are an integral part in this objective to maintain all of our properties to high standards.

We carry out property inspections on a weekly basis in order to highlight any potential maintenance or safety issues which, due to our Maintenance Team, we are able to deal with as soon as they arise.
